The mighty Pittsburgh Steelers (my favorite team) are in the Super Bowl. Of course, they are matched up versus Seattle, who I would root for if they weren't playing Pittsburgh. I am a Northwest homer, so if Seattle wins I won't be too disappointed. I'm not sure why the Steelers became my favorite team. I think it's because they were the first team I saw on TV as a kid. They were a very good team back then as well, so they must have won that day and whammo!........my favorite.
One thing I hate are fans that all of a sudden are sporting Steeler gear after a successful season. I was a fan back in the Cliff Stoudt and Mark Malone days, so you know I'm no bandwagon fan.

Or the people sporting 'Hawks gear even though they didn't even know the team existed in the 90's.

I saw all kinds of Chicago Bears gear up until the playoffs here recently.
