The men's team managed 7 wins including 3 in conference play. One of the wins was an unlikely victory at Oregon Tech. This team played hard all year, and the players were great guys. They had their issues as all teams do, but they were really playing well together towards the end. Plus this team had the highest GPA ever for a men's basketball team at Cascade. Well done!
The struggle of achieving success in small college athletics continues for me. Brief moments of triumph are countered by maddening stretches of frustration. I have determined for now to "see the big picture, and make a difference." (Quote from Stephanie Neilan)

I can't believe the season is over. Congrats on the wins and the GPA. It sounds trite, but for coaches and programs there is always next year, (one of my favorite things about sports).
Cody,
It is hard to see the "big picture" especially when everyone else is over 6'3" or so! But that is all we can do--remember Hayden Fox--when I watch the reruns I realize how far he, Luther, and Dauber went. Especially since Dauber is now Patrick on Sponge Bob Squarepants!
